Welcome to The Orchard Hideaway!

There are three Roku TV located throughout the property.  Each TV has already been set to guest mode to allow you easy access to all of your streaming services. Simply power on the TV using the remote and select your check out date.  The TV will then automatically sign you out of all of your streaming service accounts upon check out.

A propane fueled outdoor fire pit is available for use on the patio. To turn the fire pit on, first remove the weather cover and find the ignitor and knob on the side of the fire pit. While holding the knob slightly in and turning clockwise you should hear the ignitor “clicking” and after a 3 to 5 seconds the fire should ignite. You can control the flame intensity by turning the knob in either direction. When finished - please be sure to turn the knob back to the OFF position and allow the fire pit to cool before placing the cover back on. If the propane would run out, an additional tank is located under the grill. Additionally, if you are unsuccessful at turning the fire pit on, or need a propane tank exchanged, please call us at (540) 896-2962 or message us in the Airbnb app.

The clothes washer and dryer are available for your use. The water has already been turned on, and a complimentary box of detergent is located in the cabinet above the clothes washer. 

To turn the gas grill on, completely open the valve on the top of the propane tank underneath the grill by turning the knob counterclockwise until it stops. Simply turn the first burner knob all the way up and push the button in to ignite the burner. Repeat this step as necessary to ignite additional burners. Once finished please return all burners to the OFF position and turn the propane tank off underneath the grill. Grilling utensils are available in the kitchen for use.

A secure wifi connection is available for all guests. To connect to the wifi look for the network “The Orchard Hideaway” and connect, a password is not required. Once connected a captive portal  will appear. Simply accept the Airbnb acceptable use internet terms and conditions to connect your device. Your device will need to be renewed every 7 consecutive days. If you have connected to the WiFi network and the captive portal did not automatically appear, click the link below.
