Check in time is 3:00 P.M.  We offer a contactless check in and out procedure.  On the day of your arrival you will receive a welcome email that contains a four digit code. You and your guests will use this code to access the main entrance to the property. The code is not to be shared with anyone outside of your party. 

Check out time is 11:00 AM.  Prior to check-out please remove all trash and place in the garbage can located under the carport at the main entrance.  We kindly ask that you also strip all bed linens and place used bath towels and linens in the laundry baskets located in the bedroom.

Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the property or within 20' of any exterior door or window. There is a $250 fine if evidence of smoking indoors is found after check out. 

Pets are not allowed at The Orchard Hideaway at this time.  We apologize for any inconvenience, however due to certain guests traveling with allergies pets are not permitted. 

Upon arrival all beds will be made and clean linens will be located in each of the bathrooms. Additional linens are available upon request. Upon check-out, it is requested all soiled linens be placed in the appropriate receptacles to assist with housekeeping. 

At The Orchard Hideaway, we welcome you and your family or friends.  We are only able to accommodate a maximum of six guests to ensure safety standards and laws are met. 

Upon arrival all trash bags will be freshly changed, if you need to empty your trash prior to check-out please dispose of the bag into the garbage can located under the carport. Additional trash bags are located in the kitchen closet. 

Should an emergency arise that would require the response of emergency services, call 911 immediately.  The Orchard Hideaway is equipped with an automatic fire alarm system, however iff there is a false alarm, or any other emergency maintenance request that would not require emergency services, please call us immediately at (540)  254-7993 and select option 3.
